This Privacy Policy covers (the “Website”) and tbc mobile application (the “Application”), collectively known as “tbc services” created by Sanvean Limited.

What information does the Website obtain and how is it used?

a) User Provided Information

No User Provided information is currently captured by the Website.

b) Automatically Collected Information

The Website may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, it's screen size, the IP address of your device, it's rough location (available at Country and Region level only), your operating system and the type of internet browsers you use.

This information is used to measure our website audience and to help us improve website usability across devices.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

a) User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download, sign-in and register with the Application. Registration is optional, however you will be unable to use the majority of the Application features unless you register. When registering with us you will need to provide your Apple ID, Facebook ID or phone number as well as your email address (optional) and first name.

To complete your profile you may provide additional information such as photo, audio and video content as well as details on your lifestyle, interests, personality and other details about you. Some of the information you choose to provide us may be considered “sensitive” in certain jurisdictions such as the EU, for example your gender identity, date of birth, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. By choosing to provide this information, you consent to our processing of that information.

Whilst using the Application you may also provide information you enter during use including event sign-up details, chat messages and transaction-related information, such as when you make in-app purchases. You may additionally provide information to us when contacting us for support.

We may use the information you provide us to contact and provide you with important information if required.

b) Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, the name or your mobile operator or ISP, mobile operating system type and version, the type of mobile internet browsers you use, as well as information about how you use and interact with the Application.

c) Location Information

When using the Application, in addition to Automatically Collected Location Information we may optionally use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to more accurately determine your current location to show you events in close proximity to you, as well as to allow you to check-in to venues for any dates you may arrange through the Application.

These Application features are optional and if you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, do not grant access to your Location when requested by the Application. If you wish to revoke previously granted access to your Location by the Application access can be revoked from Location Services in your mobile device's settings.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by tbc Services?

Yes. We may disclose your User Provided and Automatically Collected Information with third parties:

If Sanvean Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

Application Data Retention Policy

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 5 years and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like to request the deletion of the User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, as well as any Automatically Collected Data linked to your account please use the 'Delete Account' option from the Settings > Account section of the Application.

In practice, we delete your information upon receipt of a delete account request, unless:

Requesting Your Data

You can request a copy of all Application data related to your tbc account by going to Settings > Account > Your Data in the Application and selecting 'Request Your Data'. We will aim to complete your request within 28 days of receiving it.

Opting-out / Deleting Your Data

You can stop all collection of information by the Application and request it's deletion by using the 'Delete Account' option from the Settings > Account section of Application before uninstalling the Application from your mobile device.

Selecting 'Delete Account' will request the deletion of your User Provided Information from our servers as well as any Automatically Collected Data linked to your account. Full deletion of your User Provided Information as well as any Automatically Collected Data linked to your account should be completed within 28 days of your request.

Children and Minors

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children or anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, they should use the 'Delete Account' option from the Settings > Account section of the Application before uninstalling the Application from the child's mobile device.


We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve tbc services. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.


This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed as approval of all changes. You can check the history of this policy by viewing the changelog at the bottom of this document.

Your Consent

By using tbc services, you are consenting to the collection and processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in locations utilised by Sanvean Limited including our server infrastructure provider Digital Ocean and locations used by AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Plausible, RevenueCat and SendGrid our third party service providers.
